Mod Protector Disks

Anyone know where I might be able to find some really thin mod protector disks? Those thin rings that slide on the 510 pin of an RDA and sit between the RDA and the mod to prevent scratches. I have a lot from places like Fasttech, but they are a little thicker than I like for a couple of my mod/atty combos (most of mine are about 1mm thick) and would like to find some more really thin ones mostly in 22mm diameter.

Here is a pic for reference.

My husband makes them. Super thin, .5mm in black and translucent white, 22mm - 30mm.
PM incoming...
I didn't see this post for some reason I just PMd @Syythe about the discs you sent me. I must have more of them, they are awesome! I'll PM you when I'm ready if you don't mind?

I had some of those, and they were just a little thicker than I was looking for. Thanks for the link though.

@Ms. Trixy and her husband makes much better disks that are the perfect thickness. Absolutely love them, and will only order from them as long as they are still making them. They are awesome to deal with to boot, can't ask for better than that.

Glad that you found them stateside. But for our international members, those ones at FT I linked to are actually only 0.5mm, not 2mm thick as listed.
They must have changed them since I ordered mine. The ones I got measured (with my calipers) .75-1mm and not very consistent from one to the next. Glad to hear they are properly sized now. Thanks for letting us know.

Yeah, they have different ones. The first ones they ever listed are thicker and made of POM. Those are 1.1mm thick
They work for me, but were too thick for some atties/mods for some.

I have some of those too. They are a bit thick. But they are pretty tough. I have cut a couple up and used them as spacers to shorten the button travel for some of my mech squonkers. They are the ideal material usually the perfect thickness for that.

I still have a bunch I got from Kidney Puncher years ago that I actually couldn't find for the longest time. Ordered a bunch from Trixy and 2 days later I found the Kidney Puncher discs. Must have around 100 of them now.

They are thin plastic discs that fit between your atty and the mod so you don't scratch your mods 510 surface area when screwing on your atty

And to add to what @Pastorfuzz said, I also use them to get my RDA to line up the way I want on the mod, as well as protect the mod from scratches. I get a little OCD and like to have the airflow lined up a certain way (directly off to the sides) and have the emblem on the RDA lined up with the fire button.

This is an old thread but I thought I would ask if your husband still makes these. I lost the dozens I had bought from Kidney Puncher in a move and would love to have some. Thank you.

If @Ms. Trixy doesn't have access to those any longer, I have a 3d printer and can print out some in whatever color I have on hand if that helps
