New Beyang 30w

Just got the Beyang 30w device http://www.discountvapers.com/beyang-30-watt-mod-golden/ and have been very happy with this device. It is very comparable to the istick 20w in size, although a tiny bit larger (by a mm or two only). Feels great in the hand and is nice and compact. This has a slight figure 8 shape, rather than being totally smooth. It has a built in 2500mah battery. I think the look is a bit sleeker than the 30w istick due to the top cap matching up with the body. The screen readings are a bit larger than most and the screen is bright and easy to read. For me, this has been a great device. Feels a bit more quality made than the istick and is slightly heavier. The round metal button is nice and clicky and fires every time. The button is also very easy to find as it is not totally flush mounted. It has 5 click on and off, so don't have to worry about it firing in a pocket or purse as long as you turn it off. I have been testing this for about a week now and have had no issues at all. It fires immediately out of sleep mode, unlike some of the DNA30 devices. Power seems to be right on and it is reading the ohms accurately. Has an adjustable 510 pin which is nice. Everything I have tried on it connects and sits flush. I have been using a Kanger sub ohm mini on it and it has worked flawlessly. For those thinking about this device, I have found it to be a good one. Am happier with this than I am with the cloupor mini. This also has a little flashlight built in to the top of the mod which has been kind of fun. Three clicks of the power button turn the flashlight on and off. It is offered in numerous different colors, including a gold, which is nice. This can also be used to charge other devices, though I have not done this. One thing to note, this device sets in wattage only. It does show the voltage on the screen, but you can only set it in watts. The usb charging is on the bottom of the device. Personally, I think this one is a winner.

Looks good but it does not give the resistance ratings.

And if it does not have a replaceable battery, the device is dead to me.

Resistance is 0.2 to 3 ohms. It does have a built in battery. So far, just not many safe choices for a small mod with a removable battery.

I must have missed the Ohm limits in the specs.

I knew that it displayed them but I did not know the range.

If they ever come out with one with a replaceable 18650......................?

Meh.......

Nothing to get excited about.

Non replaceable battery. Only 2500 Mah (same as a 18650). 40 dollar price point.

I'd buy a Sigelei mini 30 first. At least they have reliability that's proven.

I would definitely buy another one if they came out with a replaceable battery model! For me, the Sigelei mini is just way too big.

Nice looking mod I have an eleaf 20. It is a great little mod. Looks silly with a kayfun but works and looks great with a nautilus mini

The Sigelei is almost the exact same size. Just a little taller by 3/8th of an inch. Width and depth (grip) is the same.

Like Uncle RJ, I don't see the resistant specs listed either

Here they show the resistant specs http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Best-30w-mod-beyang-30w-vv_60105396478.html
Sizing is 80mm*37mm*22mm for the Beyang and the Sigelei is 96mm*45mm*24mm
Hana clone is 88x49.5x25.5, so the Sigelei 50w is closer in size to the Hana clone.
For me, the Sigelei is significantly larger in the hand and very noticeable. 8mm wider and 16mm taller is a lot of difference and I personally don't want something that large. The 2mm in extra thickness won't be significant, but the height and width are for me.

Wonder why they would be listing the measurements above? Looks like that is the regular size and alibaba listed it as a mini. 89 is certainly a lot better than 103! According to the Sigelei site the 50w is 96*45*24mm and the mini 30w is 22*36*90.3mm. Are they even selling this version of the mini anymore? Or have they gone to the 50w box design? From what I have seen, what they are now calling the new mini (with 50w) it is just like their 100w plus box just a bit smaller and is the 96x45x24. That is the model I think is just too big. The 30w seems much more reasonable in size and would be very close to the Beyang in size.

Really nice picture Kris! Moe, will definitely be looking into this as the 30w is smaller than what I was thinking. Wish they could get these a bit shorter with the replaceable battery. Have you been happy with yours? Still very happy with the Beyang, but the replaceable batt would be nice.

Per Sigelei's website Unless the Manufacturer is wrong, it's the same size, except 3/8ths of an inch taller. But what you gain in being hair taller is, a replaceable battery with a magnetic door, and a pass through function, which is a big plus to many people.
