I agree. It's pretty potent for an FW flavor, too. I also use it as a back drop to several bakery type flavors, and even with some tobaccos. Goes great with a mix of TFA and Caps peanut butter and some FA Cookie.I really like the Flavor West Graham Cracker, i can use it at around 4% and get great flavors from it.
Thank you. I was not sure about TFA (diketones), so CAP and FW are the remaning choices. But I prefer a more concentrated flavor to get some place in the mix (I don't go over the third of the final product with flavors). I will give a try to FW.
With the most concentrated flavors (I don't talk about super chinese concentrates, I avoid them), it's about 5% by flavor, and it goes up 15% with some companies. I have good recipes at 30% (but most use less flavoring), and they are not gross at all. I like complex recipes, and to bring addtional nuances to the main flavors.I have seen very very few recipes with nearly a 3rd of it being flavoring. I can't imagine any scenario where that wouldn't be gross lol
Fair enough. I suppose with certain vendors flavors it's not unthinkable.
