They themselves say that covid will be with us indefinitely like the flu and colds.
It will be endless booster shots. Over just a 10 year period a person will be subject to 21 vaccine shots at least. The first 2 then a booster every 6 months. How can all that not take a toll on anyones body!?

Higher Nighttime Blood Pressure Harms the Brain

Most people’s blood pressure falls at night, which is called dipping. But in some people it stays the same or even rises — which is called reverse dipping.

People with reverse dipping are at increased risk for vascular damage in the brain and associated memory problems, according to a study published online by the journal Neurology.

“Reverse dipping may amplify the effects of high blood pressure on people’s cerebrovascular health,” said Adam Brickman, professor of neuropsychology at Columbia University.

The blood pressures of 435 people were monitored for 24 hours at home with a device that took readings every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night. Participants also underwent brain scans and tests of their memory and other thinking skills.

Blood pressure dipped at night among half the participants, stayed the same in 40% and rose in 10%. Compared to other participants, those with high blood pressure and reverse dipping had over twice the amount of vascular damage in their brain’s white matter. They also had lower memory test scores.

You may think that heart woes come directly from eating red and processed meats that contain saturated fats which head straight to your arteries, plugging them up with dense cholesterol. But the process is more complicated than that.

According to new research published in the journal Science, a major way you damage your heart health is by first damaging your intestines. All that fat actually changes the way the trillions of microbes in your gut biome talk to the cells in the lining of your gastrointestinal tract.
The researchers at Vanderbilt University found that a high-fat diet makes cells in the lining of your gut produce more nitrate and oxygen. That, in turn, stimulates the growth of potentially harmful gut bacteria like E. coli, and boosts production of TMAO (trimethylamine-N-oxide), which passes into your bloodstream and inflames the walls of your blood vessels.
TMAO also keeps HDL cholesterol from transporting LDL cholesterol and other lipids out of the body. That cascade of events then causes arthrosclerosis and raises your risk of death from a lot of causes.
Want to dodge all that? Eliminate red and processed meats, ditch foods with added sugar or syrup, and eat a plant-based diet.
Your gut will thank you — so will your heart, brain, immune system, and other organs.

*-- How to Spot a Blood Clot --*

A blood clot is a clump of cells and protein within your blood. As a benefit, a clot helps slow down bleeding when you're injured and it will typically dissolve as you heal. They become extremely serious when they don't dissolve or when they form when your body doesn't need them. In this case, it can clog up or completely block a blood vessel.

Everyone should be aware of their chances. You can simply get a blood clot if you break a bone or badly pull a muscle. There are clues that your body will tell you if this happens and you're odds of clotting are higher if you: are overweight, are over 60, recovering from a surgery and sit for long periods of time, or have diabetes or high cholesterol.

Swelling is a huge indicator that you may have a blood clot. When a clot slows or stops the flow of blood, it can build up in the vessel and make it swell. But you also can have a clot in your arms or belly.

If a clot plugs up veins in your arms or legs, they may look bluish or reddish. A pulmonary embolism (PE) in your lung could make your skin pale, bluish, and clammy.

A sudden, intense chest pain could mean the clot has broken off and caused a PE. You also might feel pain in your arm, especially on the left. A clot often hurts where it's located, like in your lower leg, stomach, or under your throat.

One of the most serious and important signs of a blood clot is trouble breathing. It could be a sign that you have a clot in your lung or your heart. Your heart might also race, or you may feel sweaty or faint. It is important to seek medical attention if you are ever feeling like this.
