That is a image of Mary's face from "The Pieta" in the Vatican. We have a 3/4 scale replica in bronze at the Cathedral Basilica here in St Louis....I have been found MANY times draped over it praying and crying my eyes out. Chicago has a full scale replica at St Peter's

@franciscan I've not seen a tattoo of such quality in person or online. I've never searched them and don't have any so I'm only a casual observer. But to me that seems like the highest quality you can get. Art for sure.
