Glad to hear that my friend, Doin about the same here, thank you for askin. No haven't heard a word from the other insurance co yet. I hate to say this but thinking of talkin to a lawyer if they don't do something here pretty soon.
I remember years back when some idiot was in a hurry and rear ended me, other insurance co. called the next day.

Well, you'll always get more advice than you may need or want in a forum like this, but I vote with the member who said previously that you have to file your own claim. Your insurance company will go after the insurance company of the person who caused the accident, if you got their license number and so forth. Otherwise you could be stuck with the bill for physical therapy, car repairs and the whole lot. The lawyer route will be expensive if you have to take it.

Did the police come to the scene of the accident?

I'm sure I'm interfering much. I wish you the best possible outcome.

Yes been talkin to my insurance and will probably have to go that way.
Seems things have really changed since the last time I was in one.
You are right about the lawyers wanting a big share, I was hoping that the other insurance co would be on the up and up and call at least to see if everyone was alright. Starting to make me mad over it.
No you are not interfering, I appreciate the comments my friend. ;)

This is one of my favorites, especially in this version by our local group The Accidental Trio, led by the pristine voice of Joan Carroll. "A Timeless Place" is a beautiful ballad by Jimmy Rowles, about the bittersweetness of remembering times in your life that are forever gone, about the illusions that slip through our fingers, about listening to your heart before it's too late. We have a neighborhood here, Castle Hills, that has lots of wild peacocks. An alternate title for this song has always been "The Peacocks".

I hope everybody will enjoy this.
