So @russ81072 I think I have the Kv4 under control and I'm liking it. Flavor is better than the KFL+v2 and it produces more vapor with the same juice (DIY 50/50 blend).
So far I've refilled it twice and removed the deck with it full to rewick because I used to much the first time and was getting dry hits.
I'm finding that instead of using a longer wick and laying it across the deck, it is working better if I cut the wick about 1/2" either side of the coil and then spread out the JC pad I'm using and tuck it down into the channel so that the ends are just sitting on the top of the deck. I'm using enough to spread the cotton out though so that it fills a pretty good portion of the juice well so that both holes are covered.

I really like the glass section. So easy to use with my ADV which is a DIY Cinnamon Red Hot, now with Blueberry added, and it is a MAJOR tank etcher/cracker, although the Kanger T3D's we were using previously held up for 2-3 months, was still a mess when my wife brought me one that was destroyed thinking she had done something wrong LOL.
She doesn't like the rebuildables, so she is using Kanger Protanks now so she hasn't had any problems since.
