This is enlightening. I think a lot of the negative comments would not appear if more people took some time before responding. Lot's of emotion in these negative comments and the related threads. No guessing how some people feel here, that's for sure! I think PM should be used more to clarify differences of opinion before going public. But what do I know. I'm new to this hamlet and don't know the customs.

I am the same...right out of the mail...if it actually steeps a few months and then starts to taste different I start freaking out that it's spoiled
I pefer my juices fresh, so now i order only 30ml at a time each flavor

Yep yep on the UC I do 2 30 min runs for fruits and 4 for everything else. I know most do it longer than that but that seems to be where I like it. I also use a metal basket and steep in glass amber bottles.
And same as Don, it's great for cleaning that new atty and to periodically clean them. Drip tips, glass tanks. I toss it all in there
I think I paid around $50 for mine so they are not too awful expensive.
So it really works?
If so I really need to get one.
I have a bunch of flavoring that HAS to steep but because I go through 15 to 20 mils a day
and steeping for even a few days is a no bueno.

STEEPING
Well, you will probably get those that say it makes no difference and nothing can replace waiting and then, like me, I swear it does make a huge difference. All that matters is that "I" taste the difference. We are all so different that it may be quite possible that others do not.
