Well then I had to idea and I wasted all this time thanx you could have answered this long ago.. I am out of touch with speech engine technology

Google charges, I do believe. The study was to see if the numbers gained out weighed the costs.. and they do.

YouTube Google has launched its “auto caption” feature for new YouTube uploads by which text-to-speech software (of the type used by Google Voice) will attempt to automatically generate captions from a video’s soundtrack. If you’d like slightly more control over the content of your captions, Google has also implemented “automatic caption timing.” To use this feature, simply transcribe all of the words found in your video, and upload it as you would your SRT (timed) caption file (see below). The same text-to-speech algorithms used for “auto caption” will synchronize your transcribed text for you, eliminating the need to worry about timecodes. (Check YouTube help for more about these automatic features.)

Muth I need you! You know about dogs correct? I saw before that you posted about being in a kennel club.

My pit bull has a pretty serious skin thing I think, I had tried hydrocortisone and doggie antihistamines, which was suggested by a vet. Then when that didn't work I took her into the vet and she was prescribed two antibiotics and a steroid for an ear and skin infection. It went away and looked great now that the antibiotic is done the skin part has come back in force. She is so so itchy! Like she is scratching herself sores. I have another vet apoointment.

My questions is what can I do to make her as comfortable as possible until then

I would try an oatmeal bath. You can get Aveeno oatmeal bath for people in any drug store. Hope it works for her, poor baby. good luck.

And, have her checked for allergies.. could be a simple as a food coloring.

Purina is also getting sued for too much Propylene Glycol filling too, so check that.

She eats very expensive grain free food. This dog is alergic to EVERUTHING

Since VU Live has started I wanted to see what it was about. I have never before seen any vape type shows and was curious. Of course since I am deaf it makes things a bit more interesting.... or not. I can of course follow chat but not what anyone is saying "live" on the show. It was a bit confusing to me but I sat through it anyway trying to figure things out. I then sent a PM to Smokie asking if it were possible to caption these shows which got me nowhere.

I do know laws were passed last year (maybe the year before) that videos etc. had to have caption. I don't know if that would even apply here or what it would take to provide caption. Surely with today's technology, it wouldn't be that difficult but I could be wrong.

So my questions for you guys are... Do you think Vape Shows should have an option for captions? Would it be that difficult? Am I missing out on something or am I just as well for not knowing? LOL

Hope your puppy feels better soon @adk1989. No plastic bowls right? My dog has an allergy to dust mites of all things. I've noticed that if I stop the flea/tick drops during the colder months, she gets more itchy. So now I just do it year round and it helps a LOT.

Yes she has plastic bowls. And yes I stop in the winter maybe I'll try that too

knoW you said muth but try baby wipes with aloe vera. My sisters dog has the same issue she has a cream she uses and a shot. I will ask her

I was told no plastic bowls. Some people don't think it makes a difference but stainless steel bowls are pretty inexpensive. Like you I would have done anything to help her from being so miserable.
