Woke up this mornin to 46 degrees, IN the house had to go down in basement and reset the old furnace at 4:30

Woke up this mornin to 46 degrees, IN the house

Wow that sux- had to get a new furnace last year when ours died in 15 below weather. Luckily we have a pellet stove cause it took the furnace guy 2 weeks to order and install the new one. Now I have no worries, new AC installed this year too. I want to look into a whole house generator, we lose power sometimes for weeks, scares me as I can't use the generator I have now by myself.

Expensive but if I want to stay at my house I will have to get one.
2 weeks after Clif died I lost power for 8 hours- luckily my old boss came to visit me and took me to his house until my power came back.

Yes they are, very expensive but it's best to get a good one that will do the whole house if you are gonna get one

Should I even say anything... This is a wonderful world. I don't know if it just happened by cosmic serendipity, or if it is a divine gift to us, a planet rich in life, water, oxygen, warmed by the sun. There is so much evidence of the will to destroy this sacred plane, and I think we have allowed it because so many are looking for "pie in the sky" after this life. If I have a prayer, it is love for this world.
