You can bring it, but you can't vape it. Just keep it in your carry-on, along with all your batteries, and keep your juice in that same quart ziploc with all your other liquids...

It's not required. I kept mine in my carry on, loose.

But unscrew your tanks and put them and your juice in one. Just in case you spring a leak.

ID to check you're old enough to vape? Not intentionally no. But you must present ID to board your plane.

I suppose if someone put two and two together and discovered you weren't old enough to vape there could be repercussions, but I find it unlikely.

But to be clear with you, if you're not of age to use nicotine products I don't feel very comfortable offering you further advice. Your profile states you're 25 however.
