Need help from the mixing experts :)

Here's my question. I currently have a 30ml batch made up inside of a 35ml bottle. Its an 80vg/20pg mix. 10% peppermint, 2% koolada, 3mg nicotine(vg based). Its good, but a little TOO intimidating. If I were to make a 5ml batch of just 80VG, 20PG and 3mg nic...and add it to the 30ml, would it keep everything the same and just dull down the flavor a bit. I don't want to boost the nic, and don't want to add or drop the vg/pg mix. just lower the flavor percentage....is this plausible

This is exactly the way I develop new flavors. I make my mixes too strong and then bring them down to earth after steeping.

Or you could try using the strong one as a base for adding to another "unflavored" bottle.

I tend to do the opposite..
I start low flavors.. and then bring them up..
I also tend to mix in 20ml bottles, that way they have time to steep as I try it out for a few weeks..

there is no wrong way, unless you just do not play with your flavors..
but taste is subjective and what I like, you might not..

It wouldn't be hard to calculate. With 30ml he has 12% flavoring. Which comes out to 3.6ml of flavor. If he bumps up to 35ml and doesn't change his flavor amount then he would be at 10.3% flavoring.

Dude, I need you on my shoulder when I do this, I suck at math. I shall remember...never crossed my mind. Thanks a lot for insight. As I tend to do this at times but backwards. All I'd have to do is measure what I take out to sample ands do the math. Awesomeness!
