Hi all vapers
Each time I use TFA pineapple, my syringes bind up and the mix is very cloudy. The taste is actually good. I'm not to concerned because my tanks are glass. I've only used it twice but both times it happened. Any body else experience it ??? It's mixed with FA coconut, FA custard , FA Vienna cream.

Oh yea. As you vape it, it starts to clear up as the tank heats. Then clouds up once the tank cools......

It eats syringes, plastic, and some glues. If your syringe bound up, you might be vaping some of your syringe now. Personally, I'd remix it using a glass dropper. I don't recall seeing it cloudy before. None of those FA flavors are cloudy, either.

(edit: ...but I doubt I ever used over 1% of it in any recipe)

I don't doubt any of your assertions, and I am one of your biggest fans. If this is the case, why do you suppose FA ships it in plastic bottles. You've got me kind of paranoid now.

He's using TFA (The Flavor Apprentice) Pineapple, not FA! FA doesn't react with plastic/rubber/glue like that.

The plastic bottles vendors ship flavors in is not the same composition as polycarbonate tanks or the rubber stoppers and plastic rings on syringes.

Thanks for correcting my immense brain fart.

Thanks again for the advance warning. I have dumped it all and am now heartbroken until I can score some glass syringes. I first tired the FA Pineapple but found it way too bitty even at 1%, so I decided to try the TFA version. I find it very juicy and exactly the taste I was looking for.

Have any of you used 1 ml glass syringes and if so, where did you end up getting them from. I found a few places but the increments were larger than what is on the plastic 1 ml syringes I get from Bull city etc....

Thanks again for the advance warning. I am going to take the pineapple and mix it alone then add each flavor to see what is making it cloudy. I seem to think it might be the VG but that is pure speculation at this time.....

Capella makes a nice pineapple and I've never had any issues like that when I use it.

I may have to try the CAP version. The TFA is very good but it eats any syringe that's made of plastic especially the black rubber stopper ugh

Yes, TFA will eat the syringes. You will have to Just buy syringes by thye 100 lot or get the glass ones or mix by weight with a scale. TFA is the one that so many vendors use in their Pinnapple express and all those hundreds of other mainly pinnapple concoctions.

I will get a couple of glass syringes for those nasty flavors that like to eat plastic hahahah
I have found that the TFA is awesome in my mixes. It gives that wet juicy pineapple taste that I have been looking for. Makes sense I can see why other vendors use it. Have you ever heard of it or seen it get cloudy? It doesnt seem to effect the vape quality just looks horrible all clouded up....
Mixing by weight is something that I have considered in recent weeks. Will have to research it a bit more... I presume that mixing by weight, you use the same percents but instead of ml in a syringe you factor weight of the total mix and take the percent of the flavor you want and apply that??
