This is not a novelty song or an advertisement. It's a real song on the full length "Rumpled Romeo" released in 1981 by Dean Friedman. If you read the comments under it on YouTube, you gather there is a cult of fans of the female counter workers at McDonalds, with their reputation for being young, pretty and friendly, but out of reach for the grubby admirers, separated behind that clean MacDo counter. Kinda funny.

We went to the 60th birthday party of my daughter's father-in-law yesterday. Good food, good beer, and good people.

The city did their fireworks show last night and my dog was totally freaked. Where they were setting them off is only about a half mile from us so it was really loud. We give our dog hemp and melatonin chews which help some, but when it's bang, bang, bang for half an hour...
