Leaving tomorrow for annual camping in the mountains for the 4th…off the grid. The twin nephews are 2 1/2 now, niece Sadie 4, ours 6 and 8. Not sure if Son in law’s sis and fam with 2 more kidlets 8 and 3.

Also our son, my brother and SIL, the other grandparents. My SIL is a clean freak, camping is VERY difficult for her, trying to keep littles clean
this is only her second time. Oh, and their other daughter. That may be it…
we will be laughing a lot with this fam gang, can’t wait
only big bummer is neither of us have good right knees. Hubby was supposed to have replacement surgery last Wed but he needs an Echo test first. I’m having rotator cuff surgery on the 28th, fun.

Last winter was very chilly. Temps below zero a lot with wind-chill down to -26 or so. Very difficult to stand outside and fuel the truck. Forget washing windshields or checking oil!!!Top of 52°F today
