CLTv2 I say. I had a plume veil and it was great, but if I wasnt careful it was a leak monster (side airflow holes are right on the deck). Cant speak for the tugboat, but ive heard nothing but good things.

i agree with both of these, i started on a plume. the clt v2 is like a plume on steroids, easier to build on and dosent leak unless you way over drip it, which is hard, its got a big ass juice well. plume veil has some of the best flavor out there as well
my go to rda.....i stay on the clt v2 plus.....

i actually enjoy the regular v2 more than the plus, but the plus is awesome as well

Ive heard about occasionally, but not enough to recommend it. I cant say ive heard anything bad about it, but thats because I havent heard much.
You can pick up a plume veil clone for 10-20 dollars, and I assume the troll is the same price.
The CLTv2 costs 35-40, but is well worth the extra money.

the plus has the drip tip built into the topcap, not removable and shorter, the cyclops holes are bigger, but the two small holes you can turn into the cyclops are smaller. also the build posts are evened out and different screws
CLT V3, comes with two (clear & black) extra wide drip tips and a 510 drip tip with adapter. Airflow is easy to control, depending on whether you want flavor or cloud chase.
Or a Mutation X V3. Makes a dual coil build easy, due to the "T" positive pole. However, you can do a single coil setup as well. It can be build for flavor or clouds.

Plume veil is one of the best rdas for flavor but as mentioned if youre not careful its a leaky little bastard. I dont use it that much because i like to drip without uncapping the top through the drip tip and i get a leak sometimes on the plume. I dont know if the clone is the same these are issues i have with the authentic.

I agree. The Mutation X is great, especially for the price. Most online shops have them for about $25 for an authentic V3. Its super easy to build on and has a great airflow control on it. The V3 also has an adaptor for a regular size drip tip if you don't like the one that comes with it, which is an awesome option the first two versions didn't have. It's a great RDA to start with while you figure out what you do or don't like about an RDA.
