DIY usually refers to E-Liquids that you make yourself.
If you are ordering it, it is not DIY as such.

I am going to try Momma J's soon, heard good things. Before I was a member I read a thread here once, where some guy complained about them. The response from the company was so cool, helpful, and professional, it stuck in my mind. Guess that guy's bitching backfired.
Keep in mind, his stuff isn't ready to vape. It's DIY flavorings that you'll add your own nic base to. But, yes, he does sell a great product. Quite tasty.
I think I missed the bus somewhere and just now realized this is in the DIY forum.
