Starry: because there always has a little delay to show the update on the website and for this item is very popular so we will always restock it once a week
dylan: So your telling me that even though I ordered this item 27 days ago that I have to wait another week?
Starry: so sorry about that if the item was not in stock ,we always will send an email to the customers to ask for a replacement or a refund ,haven't you received the email ?
dylan: I will be reporting your company to paypal. The item was in stock when I ordered on April 15th. I have not received any messages. When I ask where my item is I am told tyo wait another week.

dylan: I see other people getting tracking numbers from your for their orders for sku 122777201. How can they get a tracking number if you don't have any in stock?
Starry: we have checked your account ,and we found that you had reply us that you can wait for the item restock ,sorry to bother but why did you said that you haven't received the email ?
Starry: and for someone get the tracking number which means that package had been shipped out already before it had been sold out
dylan: Because I shouldnt have to wait another week when I've already waited a month. Since I placed my order 1 month ago, why was mine not shipped out? Waiting over a month for an item that was listed as in stock is completely unacceptable.
dylan: By the way, your website has said its in stock for the last 17 hours. If thats not true then why are you taking so long to update it?
dylan: And what if I do wait another week? Whose to say that after that week you don't tell me once again to wait another week?
Starry: if you don't want to wait for so long we can cancel the order and refund you the money back ,we kindly hope you could know that for this item there are so many customers order it and now wait for it restock,every time when it get in stock ,it will be allocated in a few hours
dylan: You should have placed an order large enough to fill all orders at once, not just 2 or three. Had you handled this better you would have had a repeat customer because there are alot of interesting items on your website. So much for customer service. Cancel my order and refund it to my PayPal account that I used to pay.
