Yes it is a problem some experience. Is it new enough to swap it out? Is it the gunmetal button or the black button?

It's the black model I was just looking on the web few people have had same prob seen a fix for it where you take batt tray out and its either the board in the u loose so bit of glue or the button where you back it off from inside a bit and adjust it. Only got it Wednesday new from a local vape shop prob easier to fix myself as it was last one they had so I'd have to wait till next order.bloody gutted.iv got a few mech clones and never had a prob with them buy an authentic and get probs mad eh.

Sounds like an easy enough fix. Sucks to have to do it though.

I'm pretty sure China deliberately releases all devices with a cosmetic issue/annoyance that's super easy to fix but voids warranty so they don't have to deal with returns.

Me being as paranoid as I am would be afraid that by trying to fix it by myself I would convert it to a pile of scrap.

Take it back to the shop and get a new one.

They are covered under warranty as well.
