Subox Mini it is fixed, no adjustment possible.

Too many issues I've had with RTA's/RDA's that won't connect to fixed pin. I think threaded is fine as well, though I've never had a problem with any of the spring loaded ones so to me I prefer a spring loaded 510. I guess my order would be spring loaded --> threaded...I wouldn't purchase a mod with a fixed 510 for the simple fact that it's not very versatile. I have the DNA30 that I got from the PIF box awhile back...that thing won't fire over half of my toppers because of its fixed pin. :(

There it is. I had to resolder the only spring loaded pin mod I own. I found fixing the solder joint so it would work and survive the spring a bit annoying. In fact, I nearly replaced the 510 connection entirely on general principle. A spring connection will fail eventually. Both threaded and fixed are, by design, more durable. I guess I'm just sensitive 'cause I never seem to have a backup handy when chit decides to quit.

Yeah springs fail but so do brake pads on a car they need maintenance as well in my opinion I prefer the benefit of doing pins over fixed and adjustable less to fidget with more of a plug n play design yeah eventually it fails and I'll handle it then but I stand next to spring pins and magnet firing buttons all the way
