Most times there is a lock nut on the inside of the switch and sometimes the outer ring will turn and loosen. Have you tried canned air or an air compressor?

Just tried canned air, no help. When the top bit if button is pushed, it's clicky and seems to work fine. If the bottom is pushed, there's no click and it just sticks.
