I have fixed a few of these devices successfully.
This problem is new to me as I have not run into this while working with this device.
With an atty on the device and depressing the fire button, I get the following error message: POWER LOW
It is very annoying, I have tried everything to solve this issue but to no avail.
Anyone run into this problem and get it working?

Sounds to me like your wattage setting is too high for the charge left in your batteries.

Everything except throw it across the room

I understand that you are frustrated but that doesn't really help. Knowing more details and exactly what you've already tried can help solve the problem.

'Power Low' means exactly what it says - the battery doesn't have enough power to run with the atty/wattage combination you're using.

The first thing is to make absolutely sure the battery is actually charged. Did you test it on an ohmeter? What did it say?

Fully charged.
New coil, tested on my ohm meter. I think it was around 0.5 ohms
I had the watts set at 15 watts

So when you tested the device on the ohm meter, what did it say?
