What is the difference for use for TFA graham cracker clear vs TFA cheesecake graham

I want to make a bar recipe, like lemon bar, but don't how to use graham cracker clear. The ones I find online use TFA cheesecake graham. To me, that is a pretty heavy flavor. So when you use one over the other? Trying to expand my DYI. I found a lemon bar recipe but it is a little mushy, thick tasting to me. I think the cheesecake graham is causing it but I really don't know.

Thanks

Graham Cracker Clear is a bit lighter than Cheesecake Graham Crust IMO.
That's what I used before they came out with Cheesecake Graham.
Normally I used 1-3% along with .5-1% TFA Brown Sugar.

But some other flavors could be making it mushy/thick also.
Like maybe Marshmallow of Whipped Cream for example.

Over flavoring might be the reason too.
If you're around 20% total flavoring, try it at 10% first.

You can even try reducing only the Cheesecake Graham to see if it makes any difference.

I'd think FA Lemon Sicily + FA Cookie would be a good base to start with.

Thanks, I am not even 10% on flavor. It does have 2% lemon Sicily and 3% tfa cheesecake graham. The lemon is too strong and I will make it again with less cheesecake also. I also added a tiny bit of FA lime, cold pressed. I could taste it at first so that means too much. I won't add it this time.

Thanks for the info.

I got the recipe from a sight but it was primarily tfa ingredients. I have FA so I had to augment. May even add some cap van custard. I will see.

Yes, the Lime might be making the Lemon too strong...

If you make a Lemon Custard using CAP Vanilla Custard v1 that needs 2-4 weeks steep time...
You will need to use 3% Lemon Sicily because it fades a bit after a month, mine was mild Lemon but still good.
If using CAP VC-v2 for a shake & vape, only use 1-2% Lemon Sicily.

My last recipe (in progress) was:

3% Lemon Sicily FA
2% Vanilla Custard v1 CAP
.5% Meringue FA
.5% Brown Sugar TFA
Steeped for a month, but it was only Fair, nothing special.

2% FA Cookie & 2% Lemon Sicily might be a good starting combo to try.

Mine was:
Cheesecake graham TFA 3%
Lemon Sicily FA 2%
Vanilla Bourbon FA 2%
Custard FA 2&
Lime Cold Pressed FA 0.5%

It is better now that the lemon and lime have faded some and I put more air flow on the RDA to cut some of the flavor but it still isn't right.
I think I will try:

Cheesecake graham 2%
CAP Van custard V2 2%
Lemon Sicily 1.5%
Meringue FA 0.5%
Vienna Cream FA 1%
Fresh Cream FA 1%

Not sure if that will be sweet enough. Considered FA Maarshmallow 0.5% just for sweetness and a little fluffy. I guess FA Cookie 1% might be good in this.

What do you think?

Yup, revised version looks better...
Think I'd add a little FA Vanilla Classic or TFA Vanillin even.
.5% FA Coconut will add a sweet buttery effect too.
A little Marshmallow & Cookie might also be good.

Thanks, but I have no vanillin. Waiting on my new nic to make new base.

Some recipes I wish it didn't. I'd like to make a "lemon heads" juice that stayed tart and sour. Maybe FW lemon, it's supposed to be pretty strong.
