I didn't think there was many state-side ecig vendors that accept Paypal? If there is they're doing it against the rules I think. USA Paypal doesn't allow ecig sales of any kind...the rules are different for vendors outside the USA, at least that is my understanding of it anyway.

Did you get approval for that? Or just taking chances? I know originally they suspended all ecig sales and all the vendors stopped accepting Paypal...well they were forced to, not by choice I'm sure. Then sometime last year Paypal changed their policy to, you can use it for any non-cigarette tobacco products and ecig/ejuice but you require pre-approval. That's how the language is written in their Acceptable Use Policy. However, for some reason, none of the vendors ever bothered going back to accepting Paypal. Probably because of the principle of how they got screwed over the first time. I remember reading an article in one of the vaping magazines about the whole saga.

That's funny...when I was a kid, I had a cat that looked like that too. He wasn't fat or heavy, he certainly didn't weigh anywhere near 26lbs. His name was Rusty...and I always used to call him "Rust the Pup". That damn cat thought he was a dog. Haha

A newbie vaper won't care much less know what that means and asking as they stick with the mini its not an issue its something that is fully set up and ready to go and can last till they upgrade to betterThat non-adjustable 510 though...
When you just start out vaping you dont have the luxury of picking the perfect mod the first time around
I mean who here that has vaped for a significant time still uses their very first set up .... I doubt anyone .... I still have my first mod setup but its rarely used
There's just not many complete setups on the market made for newbie subohmers and I'm thinking that is what this guy needs if he's vaping like that
