I thought you were happy where you are and letting the property values increase and such? Something change? Good luck with selling the house and handling all the realtors looking for their piece of the pie.
I sold my last house FSBO...the realtor that was involved in the closing on behalf of the buyers lectured me for about 30 minutes or so on why I shouldn't ever do that, the benefits of a realtor, yada, yada, yada. Then the lawyer who did the closing was giving me my checks at the end, and he was saying how much they were for, then he said the amount they would have been had I used a realtor to sell...he looked at the realtor and said, "and that is why he chose not to use a listing agent." It was funny, the realtor got all pissy after that. Funny thing is, now he and I are friends, our wives hang out together every once in awhile. If I ever decide to sell this one, I probably will use him as the selling agent. ;) Actually my father is planning on retiring to Florida in 5 years, we're considering relocating down there when that happens, but it's only going to happen if my wife's parents decide to move down there as well. At first the had no interest, but now I think they are seriously considering it. We'll see what happens in time.

The housing market where I am now is booming like crazy, if I sold right now I would make a pile. My son actually wants to go in together for a big home...."I think he's anticipating my death :)

Lol anytime a friend from the south asks where they need to go in Mass I tell em to hit P-town. No other info just "yeah man, you gotta check out Provincetown." (I grew up in southern NH)

This is what I took: (copper smpl, tavs ry4 and left the big bottle for someone who diys, 30g wire, and a battery for one of my flashlights)

Nice, but I think you are supposed to keep the juice. Less you are just using the box to send it to someone down the line that already wants it.

I know I know... but a lot of people like the vaping watch juices and I have no use for it and it fit... so it's there... if someone can't get it to fit back in there by all means throw it away... I just know I won't use it so I threw it in there...

if she is in fact a gonner, thats not a bad idea. i had the board under my magnifyer lamp, and it looks to be a small scorched spot on it, as per lighty's suggestion, im going to run a small bead of solder there to reconnect the charred pathway and see if that works

hey @Donald Bickers , @Taver13 can one of you guys check my order when you have time cause dodyhearts told me he finally got his and i just checked and i dont have mine and i dont have a tracking number i checked all 4 emails i have no way to see what happened, i swear these cock snot douche nuggets at the post office are about to get a what for here soon,i know my order was placed before his and im less then a mile down the same road from dodyhearts it makes no sense
