Semi-Mech gx-200 Problems! Help!

Hi, I'm having problems with my dovpo gx-200. I have a 0.3-0.4 24g build on a mutation version 1. Judging from the reviews, my mod should have (and this is what I've seen) approximately 0.04. Now with the battery meter saying 3.86, when you fire, wouldn't you expect to see that number switch to around 3.82??? (This reads voltage drop) Well, not for me. When I fire instead of being a 0.04 drop its a 0.5 drop. Now I might know what this is. It seems like the left battery (the one under the atty) isn't putting out power and isn't being charged. Could this cause the voltage drop? Could I fix this problem if not both of the problems at hand? Please help me!

First... is your 0.04VD reference also using 0.3 to 0.4Ω resistance and the exact same batteries? As resistance decreases, applying a greater load on the batteries, voltage drop increases.

Second... what is the quality of your in-line volt meter... do you trust it's accuracy to the one-hundredths of a volt place?

Third... are you absolutely certain of your atomizer build, net resistance accuracy? Below 0.3Ω, battery load values increase quite rapidly, and although most Ohmmeters have one hundredths or one thousandths resolution... the actual accuracy can be quite poor.

Fourth... it's likely a combination of both the conductivity of your mod, the internal resistance of the batteries themselves, and the brand of batteries honesty in advertizing... where batteries promoted as being 35, 38 and 40A are not, but rather 20 and 25 MCCD at best, re-labeled batteries.

Not saying you're uncertain about anything, but when you combine the possibilities of uncertain loads, uncertain battery performance and quality, and uncertain advertizing and performance claims... it's not uncommon to see voltage drop of 1.0v or more at low sub-ohm resistance values.

What He Said^^^

What batteries are you using and are they a married pair that have remained faithful to each other?

As opposed to what... cheating on each other, by sticking themselves into single battery APV sluts?

Dirty batteries... dirty dirty batteries. For shame.

Okay so I tried everything you guys said and it still just doesn't seem right. I mean the best thing to get is someone who owns this mod and have them put a .3 build on it and see it on theirs.
