Vaporshark price drops

Looks like the bigger companies with the better built products are feeling the pinch from the Chinese companies selling at rock bottom prices. First Provape lowered the prices on the P3, now Vaporshark had price cuts across the board.

rDNA 40 was $189.99 now $130
DNA 40 was $159.95 now $100
DNA 30 was $69.99 now $45

Great deals to be had out there. Hopefully they will have another 20% off sale soon. Those three will be a total steal.

Ehh, i thought about it...but kept coming back to the suspicion that this was just a further ploy to push out their stock of glitchy chips.

That, and it just feels like it's a few months too late, and that we are on the verge of seeing the next gen TC chips being pushed out in mass any week now.

I agree Mazam I think evolve will be releasing some new board soon.
Hopefully with atty lock, firmware upgradable function and atleast 60-70 watts.

I doubt it would be a Dna 50 just cause of the clones that have been out for a long time using that , would cause alot of confusion IMO.
I would prob get one too lol. I would wait though atleast 4 months or so or till they fixed the issue's/glitches with the new board.

Just last weekend at the Miami Vapor Expo they were offering these "show price only" for $10.00 higher across the line. I held an rDNA 40 and almost bought it at $140.00. Glad now that I didn't. So,...at this price (rDNA 40 for $130.00) I am seriously thinking about it.
SLAP!!!! SMACK!!! I have an MCV Overdose mod arriving tomorrow. What am I thinking?
It's a disease I tell ya,...(still thinking).

Well, I bought a 30w VS today, b/c my iStick is getting wonky. I don't need more power, really. And, this was a good price on the VS, close to the size of the iSick and reliable- even though the battery capacity is smaller. I don't think I'll regret it.

I've got 3 Vaporsharks. The little black1200mAh DNA30, the original gray rDNA30 with an 18650 and the Rdna40 temp control. Love em all and I'm glad they replaced that damn screw with a magnet. :D Anything that takes a tool to remove the cover to get to the battery just urks my fuzzy chicken.

We unveiled our VRdna at the world vapor expo at 129.95 and they dropped their price only days later. Makes me wonder.

I unfortunately just bought a DNA40 for full retail ($160) a few weeks ago and I had it in my hands a total of about 48 hours before I sent it out for warranty repair. I received it about 2 weeks later and had that back for about 24hrs before I shipped it out again for a different issue. I will never buy another vapor shark product again and if you decide to buy one anyways I wish you good luck!

We have two rDNA 30's and a DNA 30 in the house. Bought my first rDNA on a 20% on sale for $135 and the second one used for $90. DNA 30 was also bought on sale for $90 if I remember correctly. All work flawlessly. I wish they would bring back the rDNA 30. Might just grab a few DNA 30 and call it a day. Can't beat that price. Lower than some of the Chinese mods and much more reliable.

I checked out your website, nice mod. It says the 510 is self adjusting, is it spring loaded? Also, what's the dimensions of the device? I don't see that info listed.

Thanks!

Great prices. I like that they are dropping and I am glad I sold off one before the price drop. I enjoy the foot print of the VS's and can enjoy a dna30 wish it was a rdna 30 though.

The VS has become my 'out & about'. Very nice hand-feel, good pocket-ability, reliable (thus far) and it has an ORANGE skin - I'm not having a problem misplacing it. LOL. I kinda wish I would've picked up another. If the battery life was greater, I wouldn't have hesitated for a second.

@bobATTY , Welcome to VU. I looked at your JC Vdna and am also curious about the dimensions. I looked on release day, so it may have just not been fully described yet. I'll check back, but the dimensions & weight are one of the first things I search out.

I've been using the rDNA40 lately, it's pretty good, especially at $130! I like the small size, and large screen. Battery life is pretty good too!

I finally got my DNA 40 back from warranty. Even though I had a rough start with this device I'm really glad I bought it (even though I paid full price). Great all-day device that's still pocketable.

Just a FYI on the DNA 30. They are selling them without a warranty. Reason is they are being discontinued. This includes battery replacement. So if you buy one plan on ripping it apart and soldering a new battery in yourself.

I would not recommend buying any vaporshark product without a warranty. I bought a brand new DNA40 last month and it's already been warrantied twice since then for different issues.

Luck of the draw I guess. I have had two VS 40's that had no issues and never went in for warranty.

I have a soft spot for dna30's.

So how is the Li working out? Board essentially the same as the ipv4 but ipv3 feel?

Yes very similiar and more well built bit heavier though but I love it. Feels pretty damn good in the hand just like my sig's.

I bought my rdna40 the day they went on sale. I love it. Not one problem. It's my first temp. control. I really don't see the point though if you're going to vape over about 440 degrees. If you do, you still burn your wick.

I have a soft spot for the VS DNA 30s. Once you open it up, you can change the LiPO pack with one from a hobby store and 3 mins of soldering. Easy Peasy.

Same here  would have been quite nice to get $20 off the new Vaporshark Dna200. Maybe just maybe they will list them for sale during sharkweek with any luck. I'd hate to wait till Cyber monday for them to have another promo run. I did order some atlantis nickel coils and several more uncrustable drip tips from them this week.

The coupon code SHARKWEEK does NOT work on anything but juice and combo's where you have to buy a rDNA with an atomizer and Sharkskin. Boy, Vaporshark messed up big time. The code does not work on the the rDNA without being a full kit as indicated in their promo's.

Ed: Looks like the code ONLY works on juice and a rDNA combo where you have to select a tank and a shark skin (both jacked up in price) for the 15% off coupon to work. In the end, you are not getting a deal, the cost of the tank and sharkskin offset any savings you will get.

Vaporshark really screwed the pooch with this promotional deal.

I have a feeling that come Monday morning, Vaporshark will be deluged with calls and swamped with complaint emails about their code only working on juice and expensive rDNA combo kits.
