Ni200 build? Bout the time it glows, it anneals. So, it either melts and fails or the coils turn to limp spaghetti noodles which hold still to get wicked. Or, are you still having success doing TC with Nichrome?

I have the Ni200 30g duel finally working great in the Dark Horse...flavor is outstanding...thick clouds. That wire is really thin and soft, so sucks working with but at least I was dealing with 4 post design

twist it with 30 gauge nichrome or kanthal
