Should we offer the Feds and the IRS tax initiative to keep our hobby alive?

Wow, when I did some research as to which countries and states here in the US that are banning or have banned Ejuice and Devices, are countries and states that make an incredible amount of revenue from taxation on cigarettes....Pretty sickening if you think about it. They would rather make money on people via taxes than help them not smoke...You know that most of the Countries that banned ecigs and pv devices are also home to two major cigarette manufacturing companies based here in the US....Makes me think we should offer a tax option before they outright ban what we love, beet em to the punch, with a smile on our faces....what do you guys think??

It makes no sense. I don't understand why they are against it, when cigarettes are freely available and cannabis is now becoming readily/legally available. I know it was already readily available

I think it boils down to taxes and revenue.
The big tobacco PAC's have a foot in the door in our gov't.

More like an arm way up the politico's collective rears, when the BT wiggles their fingers the politico's lips move.
Government and the FDA have done far more harm to smokers with the mandated additives that BT has ever done. The taxes hikes were to pay for stuff that never got funded, not to recoup lawsuit losses.

When i buy batteries, wire, cotton, chargers, mods, RDAs, juice, nic, flavor extract, VG, & PG I pay tax. They already get my money.
don't even get me started on the whole barter/trade vs income thing.
