My main interest in the high nicotine content is to cut it myself with my own PG and/or VG. I am looking to start making larger batches of juice, and am looking at ways to keep costs down. My background is in food management - REAL management, not the zit ridden "manager" at your local Applebees's. am HACCP certified, and have no uncertainties regarding the seriousness of dealing with such high concentrations of nicotine.

Im completely for freedom, in every way for every substance or piece of property. But we need to make damn sure that packages of dangerous substances are shipped properly and pose zero threat to anyone, other than ourselves.
That said, please make sure whoever you buy from is properly packaging this dangerous material for shipment.

Hiliq ships their pure nic marked as pg so as to avoid the necessity of marking it as a toxic substance. Sadly, Zoey wasn't the only employee touting their products.

Since nic powder can easily become airborne and is readily absorbed through the skin, personally, I don't see the reason to spend the extra money for the required safety equipment (full face filtered respirator, etc) just to be able to mix using pure, when 100mg is readily available and much safer. I vape 12mg-24mg (depending on the device) and 100mg is still plenty enough for me. I buy the 100mg by the liter, transfer to amber bottles, and store in freezer. To each their own, but be safe.
If Hiliq is shipping without the required documentation and hazmat declaration (which includes a skull and crossbones decal and an evironmental hazard decal) then they will be in for a huge surprise when they get caught. The fine is $91,000 per parcel (at least, that's what Amazon had to pay and that was just for some undeclared liquid adhesive http://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-hit-with-91000-faa-fine-2014-4)

I use nude nicotine. In 100mg and we vape 3mg- they offer a sample too. Just would advise sticking with the PG base because of some crap I saw on reddit

Vg based nicotine is just a pain in the ass. The nic is very thin and the vg is very thick, so you have to shake the living shit out of it before you use it.
If you want a higher nicotine level than 100mg try these guys, Ive heard really good things about them and their based in the US.

I hadn't thought about it, but that's a really good point regarding PG Vs. VG for your nic base. I've been buying 50/50 from heartland, but now I might have to rethink that.

I think the problem is, if you dont shake it enough youll get varying nicotine levels. With PG, its much much less of an issue.
Yeah, and can get hot spots (which I've gotten when buying shop juice). Would also explain why sometimes shop juice is weak as hell and other times is strong. It's not necessarily that they don't know ratios, the weaker ones are deliberately skimping (or are using weak nic), but perhaps that they're simply not shaking and mixing their base well enough before they even start.
I dunno if it's true, but I've read that the PG nic has a longer storage life. I initially went with the 50/50 blend because I felt it to be more versatile as to the final product's PG/VG ratio. Still, though, the fact that the PG base is more easily prepped for mixing is something to consider.
I have PG sensitivity (dry out) BUT I am now ordering DIY but I use l70-max VG on my juice... I wonder which type of nic I was getting through vendors. Most likely PG unless I got it from virgin is my guess.Its not a bad bad sensitivity just eczema lol

I have 100mg vg nic and it is definitely an issue with varying nic levels. It is one of the reasons I am already down to .5 mg in my mixes. Which is a good thing I guess but if and when I order my next bottle of nic it will be pg based. At the rate it is going it will take me forever to go through my current nic.

Having shills and even the company posting how to mix 999mg nic base without diluting it into liquid.
Shipping a high level toxin as vg with less than adequate packaging putting the carriers as much of a risk as the consumer. Since they are out of country the fine and anal crawling the alphabet agencies will do it on you if caught.
Fuck with that company and product at your own risk.. wait since the shitty mislabeled packaging is not adequate.. the mail facility, and every one who handles that package is at risk.

Do you mean this company labels packages with 999mg/ml nic as plain vegetable glycerin?

BIG difference in level of toxicity in 100mg than 999mg. One will kill you RTFN and clear a facility the other is mildly dangerous.
Also the issue of skirting import tax on it.
I would also but not risking a big ole ass fucking by customs and border patrol by ordering a package.

I'm still waiting on my nic to come from Vaperstek and a sample from Nude Nicotine. Mail from the USA can take up to a month to get to Oz.

Ordered on Monday afternoon and it was hand delivered to the door just 3 days later, with a phone call first to make sure somebody was there to receive it, on Thursday morning.
I haven't used any nicotine at all yet. I've put this one in the freezer, waiting until I receive the Vaperstek premium and throat hit and the Nude Nicotine sample so I can have a "nicotine tasting" and see what the differences are.

Well, you folks have all gone above and beyond my expectations with your replies - thank you! As of right now, I'll probably be going with Nicotine River/NicSelect from now on. Don't get me wrong - I've been very happy with the MFS nic that I've been getting. But the consensus seems to be leaning heavily towards Nicotine River. I'll give them a small order next week to try their nic.

Nude Nicotine really surprised me. Whereas a 120ml bottle from Vaperstek cost $35.51 postage to Australia, Nude Nicotine has posted their sample to me for just the $2 postage. I really thought they'd ask for additional postage but they didn't so that's a big plus for them.
Not sure what you're talking about .It is illegal to buy or sell nicotine in Australia but we can import one year's supply, I think, each 12 months for our own use.
I have had friends order from overseas, had bath salts in the packages that got intercepted.. was not declared.
no difference importing hard drugs or fake the slap legally is the same.
So you get nic ordered in and it is labeled as VG but comes out it is 999mg nic then you would 100% fucked from the import taxes and it fucking up who intercepted it.
There is no restriction on importing 100% nic here if you were stupid enough to do so. Also no import duty on items under $1,000. And yes, of course, everything needs to be declared as well as packaged appropriately.

Yep the order did not have it on it, it was included in as a sample, he just got unlucky enough that CBP inspected it. So since it was from China and customs has a fuck all ability to do shit to china shippers they landed full weight on the receiver.
