New VaporShark rDNA30

Here's the new VaporShark rDNA30 Just got it today.
Pictures of it and comparing it to the VaporShark DNA30
Some differences are the charge light now surrounds the fire button, The battery is user replaceable (18650 Sony VTC4)

The VaporShark rDNA30 smaller than my HanaV3

It seems to look much closer to the size of a standard 18650 box mod. I always felt the draw of the the Vapor Shark was how compact the original was. Then again with getting the swappable 18650 could be a good trade.

I like the and use the first DNA30 shark a lot, so definitely interested in the RDNA. Still small enough and not having to spend 25 bucks to send it off and swap a batt is a good thing, along with it being a much better battery for higher loads. I am pretty sold on them, they say wireless charging is coming too. Looks slick, thanks

I do not believe it is available to the public yet.

Vaporshark sent out a few units for beta testing to find any bugs that may exist so they can fix them prior to offering them for sale to the public.

Yeah, but I already have a VS DNA30, and it doesn't get THAT much use, since most of the time I'm running a mech with a KFL on the go and a pipe with a taigun gs or a kayfun mini at the house or a dripper on either a mech or the VS.

Realisticly I don't need a Rdna, since the DNA30 is more than good enough for me, my problem is you give me an option and I want it.

Just a update on the rDNA.
After the VS rDNA was fully charged. I used it from Satruday 11:am up until 9:00pm Sunday before it needed charging. 1 ohm build on a Kayfun @15 watts.
Very good battery life.

I can get almost 8 hours out of the VS DNA 30 vaping pretty heavy. It's never a problem when traveling in the car, It has pass through. Just plug it into the 12 volt socket via usb.

I saw the wireless chargers down in Miami at vapors Expo. VaporShark was using them to charge all their devices. They probably had 15 of them in use. I'll probably be ordering a couple of those one for each of my sharks.

Cool the hear, if it works that well, I may have to order one, would be nice and would in a way make the mah of the batteries less of an issue, still want the newer shark with the 18650, I use the dna30 lone a lot, since I do not really sub ohm, 1.5-2.0 ohm kayfun is about where I like it, and may be sort of old fashion but I still like cisco 306s with a drip shield a fair bit, so light with the little shark.

I got mine (rDNA Beta Version) a week ago, haven't picked up a mechanical since... Was very skeptical about 30 watts, with the new 50 -120watts VW box mods coming out, but 30 watts is more than enough for me. Can't wait for the sharkskin.

Only have a handful of Cons. (maybe due to it being the beta version)
-Negative button gets stuck when pushed to the side.
-Atomizer base scratches very easily.
-Ohm meter jumps occasionally.

If I ever get my computer back from Asus I may do a review. Kind of hard to do much on this damn ipad.
The USB thats plugged into the rDNA in the pictures came with my Atlas mod by Tatroe.
I Haven'y had any thing scratch it or have the ohm issue. On my other DNA30 devices if I have a coil that ohms out at .98 the reading can go back and forth between .9 and 1ohm. thats due to the slight change in resistance when the coil is heated.

I live in Denmark so it takes a couple of days to ship, but i hope i get it in the start of next week.
It's gonna be my first mod, so bought a Russian 91% and the Stilare 28,5 mm RDA to go with it.

I figured if its a little big ill trade someone for there dna30, I just like that the Rdna u never have to send in for a new battery. I just ordered some skins for it a minute ago so hopefully I will love it, now I gotta get a Russian or kayfun. Just bought a gold stillaire, but not into dripping. Maybe I can trade it for a black kayfun.

Try your hand at wrapping some coils and dripping, it's the best flavor you will experience. Plenty of help is here including folks who will walk you through it on hangouts or skype. It beats buying pack of coils, plus the vapor is just of the carts thick and flavorful, but it's totally dependent on how you build the kayfun and the wicking you use.

I ended up caving and purchasing one last night with a shark skin to with it. I really hope I love the thing because that's a pretty penny for someone like me to be spending. At least it will pair up with the Magma and Russian 91% clones I bought recently that should be here this week (fingers crossed).
