I clean my Nautilus coils with potato's. It works well.
J/K I use hot water and use a new coil. I have about a years worth of coils saved. I wonder if they are recyclable?

No, you can bake the potato, put butter and sour cream ,a little salt and pepper, then top with fresh cut chives. This will not dry your electrodes but will make the steak you also cooked taste better.
