Advice needed (ITaste SVD 2.0)

Hey there, was hoping to get some help. I got an SVD 2.0 a while ago & have been unable to really use it yet, as the only 18650 battery I have is a button top Efest battery, which doesn't really fit (the button top causes a shitty gap in the device where it is supposed to screw all the way closed). I want to get 2 batteries for my device, but am stuck because of a few things. I know the AW batteries are the best kind, but I noticed they only make button-top batteries & it seems button-top batteries (at least with my efest one) don't quite fit in the SVD 2.0, barely. Has anyone here had luck using the AW button-top in their SVD. 2.0 or should I just go ahead and get a flat-top Efest battery? Also, what's your most trusted place to get genuine Efest batts? I know there are a lot of counterfeit ones out there & would rather not waste money trying to find ones that aren't. Any help would be appreciated to a large degree! Right now I'm using an old vv/vw small APV that is having issues & the buttons are all fucked up on it, so I really am desperate to solve this issue asap. Thanks in advance.

Me, I don't trust Efest batteries.

They don't make them they just re-wrap other peoples batteries and often lie about the specs.

I would strongly suggest the Samsung 25r batteries.

20 amp continuous discharge rating and 2500 mAh.

100% agree, I use the Samsung 25r's in all my mods!

I actually bought the last 8 of mine from Gearbest when they were running them for something like 4.50 each shipped. The problem is, it takes awhile to receive your orders from them, but I wasn't in a big hurry.

Could you possibly recommend a few places I can buy genuine ones? I'm looking for the quickest option, personally. I really need them as soon as possible. The prospect of having no device to use just scares me. lol

25R are INR, indeed. They're just as sage as any IMR, and like an IMR they should not vent with flame and are very well behaved. They're ideal to use in pretty much any mod. Your SVD 2.0 won't stress them in the slightest. They have a good capacity, decent cycle life and if I had to I'd happily use them exclusively. Out of every 20A cell around they're probably the most versatile.

Samsung themselves have pulsed them as high as 100A for very short periods. They believe in them so much that they condone their use beyond the continuous current rating for very strict time frames.
