You'll never go wrong with fruit in custard and/or vienna cream! I have the FW butter cream, but haven't tried it, and also TFA Greek yogurt, but haven't had time to try it either. But I imagine it would go well with fruit. Any of the others would mix well.

Currently trying a mix of
FA Fresh Cream 0.5%
FA Vienna Cream - 1%

Seems pretty good so far. Might even be the best choice to combine with fruits.
Thinking more about it, the other things might not go as well with fruits.
Might add other tastes to the mix instead of just making a sweet fruit vape.

FA Custard will add lemon notes if you go high enough. I didn't use to taste them but now I do.

hmm...

FA Cherry - 3%
FA Vienna Cream - 1%
FA Fresh Cream - 0.5%
- Seems to yield a pretty sweet cherry, almost candy like flavor

FA Cherry - 2%
FW Sweet Cream - 4%
- Not as sweet as the above, cherry stands out, seems to have a bit of a butter undertone

I think Butter Cream will also yield a buttery taste.
Bavarian will likely be quite pudding-like, I already used that in a fruit mix and it's like fruit pudding.
Yogurt will likely have a similar effect, yirlding a yogurt fruit mix.
Vanillas would be good with fruits.

I've been working on trying to find a good creamy tasting base as well. So far I've discovered that Vienna Cream and Fresh Cream at a 2:1 ratio works very well as a start. I added Vanilla Swirl to that for more of a creamy vanilla flavor. I was going to try TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato, and Malted Milk in place of the Vanilla Swirl to see how those change this. I'll have to place an order for those, but anyways that's what I've been playing around with so far, if that helps any.

I have dragon fruit and have not figured how to use it. It is CAP. Thanks.
i mix mine at 5-8% df to 3% sc. Mine is FW so its more concentrated. Getting the % down right takes experimentation.

Caddisfly's Cherry Pie (in the thread "Cherry Pie Bake-off") is a lot like a complex cherry-cream--with extra interest. Check it out--the proportions in that might lead you to some interesting possibilities for other fruit creams as well.

I added 1% FA Whipped cream to 10ml of the cherry cream I mentioned above.
Seems to have made it smoother, fluffier.
