Warranty & Refunds
Your box comes with a lifetime warranty on THE FUNCTIONING OF THE BOX. This does not cover user error such as putting batteries in backwards, dropping the box, or building coils too low. IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING COSMETIC, ONLY STUFF THAT CAUSES THE BOX TO NOT FIRE. If you crack your sled by jamming the batteries in too hard, you might be charged a cost fee for replacing the sled and etc. Repairs have a fair turnaround time and we’ll keep you updated on when it’ll be shipped back out. If we notice any tampering on the box that shows signs of self attempted repair, we have the option not to honor the warranty. We strive to use the highest quality internals that are available. If something fails and causes the box not to work, we will repair it.
International repairs require user to mail back the item to us. We will repair it for free, but can only cover $6 in return shipping. The remainder of the return shipping balance must be paid by the international customer.
You can get a refund within 20 days of purchase if you have not used the box. If you have used the box we are unable to re-sell it, so no refund can be issued. If you meet the refund criteria, you will get full refund minus the initial shipping cost for the box. Refunds are issued 1-5 business days after you have shipped the box back to us and we are able to inspect the box for use.
