Do you have the nickel coil for the triton? If not I would not recommend going over 20 watts in wattage mode. Anything more than that tastes burnt to me. The triton runs atlantis coils so if you have atlantis nickel coils I would suggest doing that for temp control mode.

Yeah, I don't own a triton but I do have an evic tc, I use it in temp mode almost always, we need more info, what coils are you running ??

If I was you I would just opt out from the triton and get a different sub ohm tank like a kangertech subtank or artic or super tank from tobeco that way you don't have to worry about burnt taste and with the right juice you can have maximum vapor production

Triton is not bad with nickel coils tho. $5 for a nickel coil vs $30 for a whole new tank.

I use a Herakles with Ni200 coils and max it out at 60 watts and around 560F.
I don't have a Triton, but with a .3 ohm coil (Kanthal?) I'd say you're safe to start around 40 watts in wattage mode and go up from there to see what works best for you. Me? I'd start that bitch out at 60, but I'm foolhardy like that.

I'd stick with your Triton and get the RTA kit and build your own coils. That way you can choose Kanthal for wattage mode or Ni200/ Ti G1 for your temp control builds.
