Help Needed: Need to swap out CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl

I really wanted to try this sugar bear recipe, along with a lot of other recipes that call for CAP Cinnamon Danish as one of the ingredients.

But the only good cinnamon I have is FW Cinnamon Roll. Would it be possible to drop the CAP CDS and maybe up the FW Cinnamon Roll? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

4.8% Cinnamon Danish Swirl (CAP)
8% Cinnamon Roll (FW)
1% Ethyl Maltol 10%
3.2% Sugar Cookie (CAP)

Also...if you guys know any good cinnamon toast/milky type of recipes that have only FW Cinnamon Roll or TPA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie as the main ingredients, feel free to share those as well.

If it was what I had to work with, I'd give it a shot. You might really like it! Sounds REALLY sweet, lol.

Being the somewhat noob DIYer that I am...I'm still getting used to how potent each flavorings are. With that said, could you recommend the changes you would make to the 8% FW Cinnamon Roll to compensate for dropping the 4.8% CAP CDS?

I use:

7% FW Cinnamon Roll
3% CAP NY Cheesecake
.5% FA Cinnamon Ceylon (optional)
.5% TFA Marshmallow
.5% TFA Brown Sugar

You could probably just drop the CAP Cinnamon Danish and try it.
I don't use any EM cause I find it mutes the flavors too much for me.
The Brown Sugar & Marshmallow add some sweetness & Body IMO.

BTW TFA also makes a Cinnamon Danish that's pretty good.

Awesome that looks like something I can make. And I think I actually have TFA CD laying around. I'll try that recipe you posted looks tasty, thanks.

@xxjoexx33 posted this a few weeks ago and I thought it was great - it's very cinnamony with less cinnamon flavoring than you might think. If you don't have the FA Cinnamon you could double up on Cinnamon Roll:

Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar Cookie

3% Cookie (FA) [5% caps sugar cookie]
2% Brown Sugar (TFA)
1.5% Cinnamon Roll (FW)
1.5% Cinnamon Ceylon (FA) [1%]
1.5% Joy (FA) [0.75%]
1.5% Catalan Cream (FA) [1%]
1% Butterscotch (FA)
3% Vanilla Swirl (TFA) [1.5%]
2% Marshmallow (FA) [skipped]

(I made a few changes because I wanted mine with a little less flavoring and I couldn't find my FA Cookie--those changes are in the "[ ]" to the right of flavor names.)
