Imperial Ivory cotton?

A company sent me a sample pack of these kind of squares. I've tried using it and my coils keep burning it. On Provari and Reo, both have done it. Using Kuro coiler, smallest diameter. Anyone have suggestions?

make a bigger diameter coil , cotton burns fast if it gets dry, a larger coil will allow more cotton and reduce the burning

Thanks Arilen. I'll try that, just wasn't sure if it was the cotton. The coiler and the cotton are both new, so off to experiment some more I go.

Is it getting enough liquid?

If you have your coil packed to tightly with the stuff that may cause a problem as well.

I was using plain-old organic cotton previously, so these pad type cottons are new to me. It seems the flavor is better with this cotton, but it ultimately burns in half. Gonna try a larger coil and make sure the cottons not too tight. I've been cutting it into thin strips, is that the correct way to do it?

I have not used this product myself but I would start out with narrow strips and keep them on the loose side of things in the coil. And a larger diameter should help as well.
