I've never seen one that wasn't custom built, and for mass production.
Google search is your friend. Do a search for "liquid pump dispenser" and check out the results.

I assumed toleary1988 was looking for something automated for doing larger quantities.
For a smaller number of bottles, using a funnel or just careful pouring from a beaker would be just as quick as a pump like that for me.

im bottling about 100-150 bottles at the moment
not really sure im pricing around at the moment
For that number of bottles, just use a condiment-style squeeze bottle. Pretty much as fast as any other method, without much waste.
