I would have broken this up. I think you'd get bites on charger and batteries for sure. No doubt the mech too. The mega... Maybe a beginner may pick it up? Idk if too many people would interested in that. Just my opinion..
Had I not just burnt my vape budget I'd throw you an offer on the batteries myself.
