btw... I just noticed that I'm just over the 2 month mark off the smok... the stin.... the cig.... the CIGARETTES! It's been quite awhile since I ever felt like I could say that... in fact there for awhile I Never thought it'd be possible... I have vaping and you all to thank for this accomplishment!

What's neat about the modern insulin is that I can have a regular Dr. Pepper in the morning (since I don't really eat breakfast - and, I should... but, I keep my blood sugar between 85 - 110 every day, A1C was a 5.7 last time around, and unlike the old U-100 insulin I used to have to use - life's pretty easy

Well I'm scared to vape in the bathrooms because I read that clouds can set off the fire alarms! As far as Muffcake, I am a Lil dehydrated as I worked my nightshade last night and still haven't slept ! So taste buds are tired! But it tastes to me like yellow cake and hints of icing. Good Morning to everyone!
I say good morning at 3 in the afternoon because I've just risen from my nightshifters nap... I usually get up around 12 or 1 but some of you may remember me mentioning going back to the gym... I've made 2 trips now, worked out triceps and forearms the first night and biceps, forearms, and traps on night 2...
Now there was some soreness after my first workout but usually I can work that out with a light workout of those muscles again... I came to realize about 10am this morning that that was a mistake... pure agony... couldn't bend either arm more than about 10 degrees from straight. so I took some muscle relaxers and have been able to since stretch my right arm enough to be able to vape (I know I know... not eat, not drink, not scratch my face... but to vape!) My left arm is still pretty tight and both are still killing me but aren't quite as bad as before.
Hopefully I can get through this and keep up with the gym so that I don't have to deal with this again!
On the upside... the wife announced this morning "I know you're in pain and I'm sorry but your triceps are huge right now because they are so tight" so I guess it's not all bad lol!
