Is there a difference between LG HE2 and Samsung 25r

SO im new to this whole battery thing

I got an ipv d2 and it came with a samsung 25r
I bought 3 more
no issues

just got a deal on some LG HE2 they are both 2500mah
I think the amps are the same

So is there any real difference between the batteries?

they're very similar, and both are good batteries.

According to our testing data, LG HE2 performance batter than Samsung 25R in the high power, almost the same as in the low power. but Sony VTC5 Performance batter than LG HE2 and Samsung 25R in high power and low power.

i dont have any HE2's but i have a pair of HE4's i use in my unregulated box mod and i seem to get longer usage, a whole day at .18ohms, from the 25R's where the HE4's will last about half the day. this is not acurate testing but just my experience with the batteries.

Do they the same capacity ? 2600mAh performance is certainly better than 2300mAh.

The 25R's have a pulse rating of 100amps if I'm not mistaken.

Only for half a second though. Usable pulse specs for a 25R for something like a 200W mod would be the 45A for 5 seconds and 30A for 6 seconds ratings. I've used them in a mech at 28A, but only in an emergency, when I had no 30A cells charged. I would say they didn't even get warm, but at over 100W on a tube mod, everything gets warm

I sold them before i got my xtar charger that shows the mah but it actually shows around 2600mah for the 25R's im gonna test the HB2'S i got today that are supposed to be 3000mah and 20 amp
