Does anyone get their 25R's from fasttech?

Hi people, hope you are all OK.

I was wondering, I think nemesis vaper said he gets his 25R'S from there, and they are 100% real. They work out to just over £3 each, usually they are £6.

I can get 4 for the price of two, either the standard blues, or I might try the new green cells as they are meant to last a little longer. For just over 18 dollars, you get 4.

That is what I would order, a set of four and a set of 2, so I have 2 sets to marry for my SMOK XCUBE 2 when I buy it in a few weeks, and some more, as you can never have enough of these batteries, I currently have 6, 10 batteries including sonys and efests.

So just wanted to see if anyone else has a good experience on there, there seems to only be one page, with 4 options of a nite core D2 plus 2 batteries, then the batteries in 2 and 4 configuration, both blue and green wrapper.

I've never ordered batteries from Fasttech for two reasons - for one, batteries take an especially long time to get here because of customs, even longer than other FT orders. And for another, I have some pretty critical trust issues when it comes to batteries. My first set were clones from eBay, although I didn't know that at the time. Nor did I know I should be concerned. They drained very quickly and hardly lasted any time and, unbeknownst to me then, could have been dangerous. I only order from one reputable vendor, liionwholesale, on the advice of another forum member and I know they're authentic. The ones from FT may very well be the "real deal " too, but I'd rather not take chances. ;)

What do they consider "large"?

I can't get from Lii-on wholesale, they do not ship to the UK.

I either get them singles from a shop called my e pack for £6 each, or on ebay, for around £11.79 buy it now for 2. They have been genuine, so If I don't order from fasttech, as I can get 4 25R's for the price of 2, I will just use the same Ebay vendor, and buy 4 instead of 2.

The bigger the order, the less they cost with him, and as I want to order the Smok Xcube 2 not saturday coming but the one just after, I want some sets ready for it.

Can a married set of batteries be used in more than one device, or just the device you bought them for? As if you can use them in other devices, I already have 2 sets, if not I need to buy 2 sets. I will also order some genuine VTC4's for when I want to push to around 150Watts (Very, very rare, but I have used my sig with quad coils at 150 yesterday. It was a bit disapointing, less vapour than 3 coils produce, or even 2 coils. Even set at 150W, it seemed like not enough power, which I know is crap because dual coil it fire fine at 50 watts, so 25 watts a coil, 100 watts should of done it fine. Maybe my batteries aren't genuine after all, or are old and not very good?

I didn't try with 25R's, but I will fully charge them to try with a quad coil build at 100 watts, this should work as its 25 watts a coil, and I am within the safe limit of the 25R's(As I know fully charged 25R's work at 150, but as they start to discharge it becomes unsafe. Maximum safe limit I have worked out it 116 watts, so I stick to that with the 25R's).

I know they have a pulse limit of much higher, but going on pulse rating I have been told is not really safe, and damaging to the batteries, as in they can take it without breaking, but the more you do it, the shorter the life span. I know they are cheap, but I do want them to last as long as possible, and most of all, stay SAFE. I don't want a battery exploding inches from my face because I was trying to get more watts out of an incapable battery, I know a vent is more likely, but there is still a slight risk of a bang, and I want to eliminate as much risk as possible. I only felt safe enough and knowledgeable enough to order my first mech about 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for it from fast tech, but I will be likely building at 0.6 or 0.7, as this is the wattage area I want.

I wanted a mech because of its simplicity, but before each tank or RDA is attached, it will be put on the ohm reader first, then tested on a regulated device for a while to ensure there is no shorts. I was wondering if I will get longer or shorter battery life on a mech? I was thinking maybe longer due to no chip, but I then thought maybe the chip is what gives it extra life by regulation?

I find higher wattage just burns juice, and thats a waste, and also I know you can build down to around 0.25 with 25R's, but 0.6 uses 8 amps and 0.5 10 amps, so only half the discharge of the battery. 0.3 is 14 amp, so MAYBE I would build that low, but only if I need 58.8 watts, maybe a dual coil build would use this? But for singles I want around 25 Watts, so 0.7-0.6 bring me to the higher end, whereas between 0.7-0.8 brings me to around the lower end, higher being about 27 watts, lower being 22-23 watts.

The main reason for shipping taking longer for batteries, is they are literally shipped (by boat). They can't be transported by plane, due to regulations. I've been aware of this, due to my other hobby of R/C CP Helicopters.

So the term "slow boat to China" is no joke, eh? Lol!
