My step son has an I-4 and it works fine. I have a D-4 and love it. I think I paid about $24 shipped for mine.

Thanks Mark4mms. It gets so confusing with all the technical talk. I just want something that won't break the bank, will last and charges may batts. so I can vape.

I had an i2 for about a year with no problems. Ended up with a LUC for vape batteries, but the i2 still does my ni-cads for other purposes.

Does the digital read out make a big difference for what I'm using it for?
It's nice to have as it tells you a bit more info than just a bar showing the state of charge, but in the end it won't charge a battery any better than the I-4.

I have owned an I-4 for half a year or more, I absolutely love it. The negative posts that pull back to allow your battery in the charge slots have recently begun to "bend" slowly back which would make charging harder due to a poor connection... They are easy to push back with a pair of pliers back to their original position, no problem.

They charge my batteries great, and once a few batteries are full it focuses all its energy on the cells that are not, making it nice when you are counting on a pair to be ready, or all of them. I was on a small budget when I bought the I-4 and I wanted the D-4, however I am very happy with my I-4 and might end up getting a D4 at some point, however not a thing wrong with either. :)

Thanks. I just got my I-4 in yesterday and charged my first set of 25r. It worked flawlessly and hope it will give me good service.
