How much do you vape?

A little input if you can. I'm trying to gauge my usage, against the group here. My friends and co-workers are useless

How much juice do you vape, on average, per day?

I've set some personal goals. Trying hard to stick to them. But I really have no way to measure "normal" use.

I'm not concerned with the Nic dosage. Only the amount I vape. My current usage is 12ml a day average. And I'm able to vape any time I want, without restriction.

So what's your usage?

There is no normal. Some folks vape a couple ml's a day, some 30.

Well I like to chain vape and have several mods set up I vape in rotation... Using both subtanks and the cloud blowin RDA's I'd say I vape 10-12mls of juice per 24hr day on average... I like 5mgs of nicotene in my juice...very relaxing and enjoyable..
Not too much nic also improves flavor, least it does for me .

Before these subtanks came out I was dripping about 25 mls a day..I used alot more juice dripping than I do filling these tanks...I still drip, but only on one mod, not four...these box mods made me set my mechs back on the shelf..lol

Hard for me to say. I work at a hospital, so no vaping there. I also work on a really busy floor, so I technically get no breaks even if I did vape at work. That's 12 hours at 3 or 4 times a week. And I sleep most the day away (night shifter). I chain vape when I'm off for any extended period thou. I could do 2-3 mls for the few hours I'm off between work or 15 mls a day if I off for an extended amount.

Congrats on not having even one since vaping keep up the good work! When I finally quit, after 48 yrs I was up to 4 pks a day and went cold turkey, I knew just one would put me back at it. Welcome to V/U!!!

I've done this once before, however, so I know that 1 cig is too much. Smoking is about so much more than nicotine, it's a ritual and one you need to replace with something positive, so vaping it is.

Wow, I was doing 3 packs. I can't imagine what I would have sounded like at 4.

I had a severe smokers cough. And wheezed so bad when I went to bed, it actually kept me awake.

My last checkup was a good one, even the x-Rays were good (for a heavy smoker) despite all the bad symptoms I had.

My real motivation came when I took a vacation. And wasn't able to fully enjoy it. The altitude really got to me. We have another planned, at even higher altitudes. So it was a no brainier, I had to give up the analogs. And I have.

By my measure, I'm pretty much where I want to be. Less than 15ml a day. My next batch will be 3mg with a few bottles of 0 nic. Hopefully after a month or so at that level. I can go straight Zero for a couple of months. Then just stick everything in the closet. Hopefully it will just collect dust.

We all have our own agenda for vaping, most are to quit smoking, and it works for us. I congratulate everyone who has escaped tobacco as I did. I smoked heavily for decades and I vape heavily now. I have a plan to eventually stop vaping, small steps and little wins make it easier for me. So, what ever you need to win is fair. (steps off his soap box)

Im always smoking at higher wattages so I burn threw juice. If im on my Atlantis V2, I can go threw around 15-20ml a day, but dripping and on my Smok TFV4 It goes about 25-30 a day. I also DIY juice tho. Couldn't afford it if I didn't lol

Well 30ml a day is about the norm among the guys I hang with. But, they've moved into "hobby mode". So it's difficult for me to measure my progress against them.

I figure I'm on track to be free of all of it by next spring. Until then, I'll just track my usage. I've reduced my nic, and my usage. The nic by choice, and the usage has just adjusted itself as I've progressed.

I started at 30mg/30ml a day average. And since I am able to vape at any time. I tend to do so, a lot. Or so I thought.

Well I was a 3 pack a day smoker too. So there's that to consider. I pretty much chain vape. But my usage doesn't reflect that. Maybe the low wattage helps in that area. I dunno.

I've never pushed past 11 watts, even with a sub ohm coil. Well, occasionally. But not for very long. I can't handle the hot vapor. :/

It will double.. lol Don't forget to lower your nic level though. If you are using 12 to18mg nic in an ego, that will make your head spin on a subtank

I ordered 6mg crunch berries with it. I've been stepping down rather quickly. Last Thursday I started with an 18mg, Monday I picked up 2 12mg, and next week I'll be on 6mg.

Almost the same thing I did, except I went from nautilus mini to a sub ohm rda and a mech mod. First couple big hits on the rda with 18mg nic, I ended up in the bathroom driving the porcelain bus. I'm at 3mg now.

I was initially looking into a nautilus mini kit, but I figured I could grow with the Kanger setup. I'm not trying subohm for a few weeks. Just to get the most out of what I have.

I chain vape so I go thru 40+ml a day and down to 4mg nic. It's a lot of work constantly rebuilding coils, cleaning and filling so many tanks every day using 20-25 tank/mod setups for daily rotation but it's worth it just to be cig free after smoking 4+packs a day for 35+years. I've only been vaping for 2 years now but it's nice to wake up not hacking chunks of lung up and the smokers cough all day with no sense of taste or smell. Weird thing is that I don't even vape tobacco flavors at all, just my buffet of fruits, desserts, creams and custards.

btw I smoked a cigarette today in a moment of weakness (and enjoyed it haha) but only had one and I'm not craving more!

Just bought like 8-4oz. concentrates today. Ending my last quart from my last buy (must be a year old). I vape 10 to 20ml (depends if I'm drinking). Been doing my juice for last couple years.....ussually tend to put a tad of nic (1 to 3%) for throat hit since I always go max VG. It's great to DIY. The price drops tremendously. Also, PG dries my throat too much and max VG liquids tend to be more expensive but by doing them myself I end up with the best quality vape possible.

Wow to some of these responses. I consider myself a heavy vaper with 4 tanks in my daily rotation spending hours chain vaping at my computer each day. However, I have yet to empty all 4 tanks in a day so probably 10-15 ml per day including a TFV4 quad coil. I just don't understand how one can vape 30 ml in a day...what am I doing wrong?
