no ideas on whats good to use, brand wise...
any recommendations on brand or inexpensive sites?

I've had pretty good luck with the VG and PG from Vapers Tek so I like to knock out a couple liters of that whilst I'm purchasing their excellent nicotine base as well.

Definitely not USA-laboratories! I recently received my order of nicotine. Yesterday, I made a fruity mix that I've been vaping for months. With the new nicotine, it just didn't taste right. A light black pepper taste, and harsher vape than with my previous nicotine from Nude Nicotine. However, my next order will be from http://www.vaperstek.org.
