Hows the vaping scene in the USA now?

Hi all, used to be on here a few yrs ago. Im in Australia. Our vaping here has been pretty much canned. You can't buy mods or coils. Vape shops have all been shut down. You can only get crappy mouth to lung cheapo rubbish from pharmacies but not all stock them or want to. About all else is black market dodgy stuff which are just rubbish disposables with who knows what in them coming in from Asia. Im down to my last surviving mod a Smoant and have just 8 coils left for my Zeus tank. No flavours left so just vaping unflavoured with some nic.
Hows the vape scene going there, can you still get anything you want?

Welcome back, @BJT100
As far as I know, in most states vape supplies are able to get shipped and have vape shops. There are a few states that have cracked down on the vape.

Its just HORRIBLE what the powers at be have done there. They would rather have people smoking, aa they (gov. and hospitals) make more money from the fags

Yes like Wolfie said it's spotty here, nic is hard to get in some places but flavoring seems to still be available but not as widespread. Just lets you know how free you really are.

Hi thanks. I have noticed a huge increase in people smoking again even though cigarettes are insanely expensive. 40 to 50$ for a pack of 20. Some cost more. What its caused is a huge black market in illegal cigarettes and tobacco. We have here whats called the tobacco wars where middle east crime gangs extort business owners that have legit tobacco shops and threaten them to sell their products. If they refuse they firebomb the business. Some get their houses shot up.
On the news there is typically at least 2 businesses burnt down each week. There are a lot of shops set up by them forcing people to run them disguised as gift shops and convenience stores. There's one where we live which was first a lolly, sweets shop but authorities caught on elsewhere about them and busted several so here it changed its name to a gift shop. They're run by criminals like the one here. The Govt completely got it wrong and has created a huge problem which I can't see them fixing.
Our country is a mess these days.
@Jimi Nic there's no way you can buy it now here. I still have enough to last for 5 yrs in the freezer but I'll be binning it sometime soon when our coils run out.

Can you still buy resistance wire and make your own coils?
Hi mate I gave up searching after several months. There is 1 place left I know of that sells flavours but they are not a "vape" supplier though I know that's who their main customers are.
I don't want any flavours now as I saw the coil life quadrupole when I went flavourless. Wish id realised the difference when we had about 100 coils left. That flavour shop freaked out when I asked them if they knew where I could get any coils or mods, I think they thought I was a cop or something.

In the US , the appropriate word might be, "Anemic". People operating now in essentially grey zones, though, maybe I'm being optimistic, it seems like it might be improving slightly. Unfortunately, Trump has essentially massacred MAGA and America First, and MAHA, and for Food Freedom movement, and essentially the entire historic populist coalition he assembled which could have revolutionized The Republicans party and dominated politically for the next 30 years, much like the Democrats did with FDR, where Republicans did not win Congress for decades. He had this potential but for whatever reason, around the time Elon left, Doge disappeared, and the Epstein debacle exploded, the assassination of CK, these utterly decimated all this and seems to have set him on this irreversible course towards utter doom and completely isolating him from anyone trying to tell him otherwise. It's insane.

I know RFK had plans to reform the institutional view on vaping but as you see, every time he makes a substantial change to something in public health with actually benefits Americans, activist judges are there to remind everyone they not only hold not only Article III powers, but Article II as well, meaning they are the Judiciary as well as the Executive. The check is for Article I powers to be exercised by Congress and impeach activist judges, where there is a far lower bar to meet (essentially bad and immoral behavior, biased rulings) and simply impeaching a couple of these activists would straighten things out REAL QUICK, they don't even need to convict in the Senate.

This is precisely what happened early on when the top US Supreme Court Judge Samuel Chase who was picked by Washington was blatantly ruling in favor of his political biases in 1805, was impeached, not convicted, and all other Federal judges immediately got the message.

The immediate problem is because Trump is so walled in by yes men and Susie Wiles prevents any sane opinions from reaching him, The primary lever is held by the most corrupt AG in American History. It's no coincidence The AG's nickname in FL was "Pay for Play Pam", and she has continued this grift all the way through and will undoubtedly make this the most corrupt administration since Grant's, and Trump seems oblivious. This will destroy the administration if this insane war doesn't destroy it or all of us. Even Legacy Media has picked up on the sheer blatant pay to play schemes run by Bondi, Mike Davis (who is not even a registered lobbyist) who collects millions to let these insane Anti-Trust cases go through and is why we have seen zero action by the DOJ on all the areas we were promised, be it on holding deep state actors to account for the the Russia Hoax, Election Integrity, Food Freedom (the Amish literally delivered him Pennsylvania and they are forgotten and still harassed), Medical Freedom, and Election Reform, as well as her number two and three. The firing of Gail Slater from Anti-Trust was the dell knell.
Even Harmeet Dillion running the Civil Rights division, who started out strong, has clearly decided to play ball rather than bring meaningful remedy to the thousands of Americans still languishing in prison on bogus lawfare which is blatant civil rights violations, such as Amos Miller, Dexter Taylor, Kurt Benshoof, Tina Peters, the names are endless. '

All this to say, short of a miracle, I do not see improvement for vaping in the US since the Pharma industry wields almost unparalleled power.

There is a VU member called @walton who lives in Tasmania, and has described how he is able to get the supplies he needs. Perhaps you'll want to send him a private message to inquire.

Hi, yes I've seen miss super brat Bondi a few times being questioned and could it be any more obvious she is utterly corrupt and a full on liar. Its hard to fathom isn't it how they get to where they are, I guess its testament to the overall corruption as any sane person can see it instantly so they shouldn't in theory get anywhere ever. Our Govt is no better though, and we have our Bondi's amongst them, they're utterly pathetic and ruining our country, my state is so broke they haven't fixed any roads in the country regions in years. Where I am there are sections that you have to zig zag through and they have been that way for over 5 years. If anyone followed me by GPS tracking they'd think I was drunk driving. I avoid at all cost driving at night or on really rainy days because on good days its "avoid the potholes" the entire journey. The last long journey I did home in the dark I drove 120 km at just 70 kph. The war, erggghhh, the biggest underestimated blunder I've seen. Has exposed our Govt's stupidity too. We used to produce 80% of our own fuel and import just 20%. Our Govt obsession with going green saw several refineries closed down for good. We now only produce 20% of our own and import 80%. The standard world wide is always keep 90 days worth up your sleeve, our clever Govt thought that it was better to only keep 30 days worth. We are now in a huge fuel crisis with hundreds of petrol stations in the country with no fuel. Prices of the one I use went from $2 a litre to $3 within a few weeks. Farmers are going out to their tractors and trucks finding people have stolen the diesel from them. Service station drive offs have jumped and they are now thinking of implementing fuel rationing. Even Iran was laughing about Australia's fuel problem just a day ago. There's now fertiliser shortage too as a result and right now is one of our top cropping seasons in our district. Our power generators are being shut down for renewables like wind and solar. That's working well, in summer, us up here in the bush where temps reach for weeks non stop from 30c to the high 40s, we endure power shutdowns that last up to 8 hrs during the peak heat demand time of day because the grid can't cope. Of course that's so the city dwellers don't get too hot. So we in the hottest Central Victoria regions have no power during the hottest time of the day, say 40 celcius, whilst Melbourne at only say 32 celcius on that day gets to keep their air cons running. How about our town health wise. We have a hospital but its non functional. There are some nurses there that can stitch up a cut or something and watch you until an ambulance arrives to take you 120 km to an actual functioning one. There's no Dr there. Its big enough to do nearly everything bar serious surgery but it's running on minimal funding. Has been that way for yrs. I had a serious fall out in the bush a bit over a week ago, I rang them before I went there as I was 40ks away at the time, they said no sorry you'll need to go to .......... we can't help you. So I drove 160km with a broken ankle and battered and bruised arms. Welcome to Australia the Lucky Country.

Damn, you Aussies are tough as nails if nothing else. Your fundamental blunder, from my point of view, was to give up your firearms. And who can blame you? Decades of progressive propaganda injected into children's heads coupled with total eradication of teaching critical thinking skills would almost certainly lead this and other outcomes in conflict with common sense.

This global, top down creeping of anti-human social modifications, clearly organized and centralized, coupled with the unparalleled rate of technological change, is leading to social, economic, and political decay and problems so numerous one could spend hours listing them all. All this is to say there has clearly been a plan long in play and we are either nearing the end, or time is running short, or both. They appear desperate to the point they no longer seek to hide it any longer. I have always leaned conservative, but I am appalled at how the administration I voted for, foolishly thinking an outsider might just break it up, am aghast at what one could easily describe as "mafioso" behavior. Destroying boats and incinerating their occupants for "smuggling drugs" via Hellfires from miles away hardly constitutes self-defense. These boats were and could not reach US shores. We have the Coast Guard to provide interdiction for that, it's what they do. We snatch foreign sovereign nation's leaders because, "yada yada cartel yada yada", Pure nonsense. The guy offered us literally everything, but nope, we must control the government. And against all sensible reasoning and intelligence (who were systematically ignored, removed, or otherwise), we step into the hornets nest of Iran, which we have no easy way out since they see this as existential, and more troubling, so does Israel.

All this to say we are in the midst of a global re-ordering unseen in generations, except this time everyone has thermonuclear ballistic missiles, even scarier biological weapons, and the unarguably least competent, greedy, petty, corrupt, and thoroughly stupid leadership class the world has ever seen. We are going through a transitional phase where the oligarchs are doing whatever it takes to maintain power on the other side, assuming there is one. Somehow the Western global elites must accept the fact the unipolar moment is over and they must learn to play nice with the other great powers. Unfortunately, these are delusional perverts who fail upwards in a system that incentivites these types proliferate and when cornered are capable of anything, no matter how horrific as long as they continue.

So it is no coincidence we see these self-destructive "net zero" policies enacted across the West as the final pieces of the control grid fall into place. 9-11 got us to give up our civil rights for the warm and security of the ever growing police state, where the great eye sees all and records all. The accepted fallacy that somehow this life-enabling compound we exhale with every breath is on the EPA's list of toxins to be regulated is the perfect method to further the control grid while further stealing our wealth. The IPCC has been caught manipulating the data with each publication in their desperate bid to convince us C02 somehow causes global warming. We are still perilously close to the C02 floor of 180 ppm, where all plants would cease to respirate and all life would end on this planet. Not to mention it is obvious life flourishes with warmer temperatures; it is the cold we should worry about, and all signs point to us entering a new ice age. This also allows them to further control food as we see with restrictions on fertilizer because most comes from the Haber-Bosch process, and "fossil fuels bad". You know they are full of shit simply by noticing they are absolutely against the most efficient, safest, and and zero emission energy production process man has ever devised - nuclear energy.

So when you control food into a few corporate conglomerates, control health from top to bottom with the pharmaceutical giants owning the institutions meant to regulate them as well as the scientific journals publishing what they want, controlling the grants scientists fight for, and control most information sources, as well as can maintain total surveillance of the population, their communications, their wants and desires, and have systematically eradicated any hope of the people feeling they can enact political change or control of any kind, you are short one single component of a turn-key totalitarian control grid - and of course that is economic trade at the atomic, individual level.

This is of course where the CDBC comes into play and effectively returns society back to where the banking elite prefer - feudalism. We will not be exactly like the serfs of old, we would have slightly more autonomy, but not much. With a Central Bank Digital Currency, the great old banking powers will have absolute awareness of every single transaction you make, to the fraction of a penny. Once cash is outlawed, there will be no escape. Since it is programmable, via smart contracts, they can dictate how your digital currency behaves at any time. It could not be allowed to purchase beef, it could be valid only for certain time periods. It could be frozen at any time. We would be forced to acquiesce to their dictates, no matter what. The stable coin effort here in the US is simply a back door to this. To easily understand this visually, image there are no more balance sheets at your current banking institution. There is only one, one giant ledger that EVERYONE is on, the Fed's ledger. Will the medium and large banks go along with this? I don't know. This is, however, the number of the beast in Revelation. If you want to transact, you must carry the mark.

This all comes down to us. How much will we accept? Can the left and right stop fighting with each other and realize they are both the useful idiots, distracted from the true enemy? The one thing they truly fear is our recognition of this and uniting in our shared crusade to topple the ruling banking class and establish the old American system, the one we had after President Andrew Jackson destroyed the second US central bank, which saw more human prosperity than any other time in history, the one we had until the creature from Jekyll Island crept ashore and established our third central bank, the Fed.

Personally, I'm not sure any of this is of any consequence. Once you realize we are in the midst of a geomagnetic excursion, where the ability of our geomagnetic field to deflect high energy solar particles, plasma thrown off from the sun, and all the other nasty things it protects us from, is dropping at a precipitous rate, faster every day, it does not take a rocket scientist to realize sooner or later a CME of relatively medium to high intensity that hits us just right will knock out most if not all power grids on the planet. Government studies on this are very grim. Don't you think it is odd you have been seeing the aurora borealis numerous times in the last couple years after never seeing before in your life? Personally, I'm sticking up, which never hurts.

Yeah I listened to an expose on those speed boats being destroyed and the logistics of them vs the distance needed to travel to the US. I forget how many times they said thay would have needed to refuel but it was ridiculous. Yes indeed your Pres has kicked a hornets nest. I was saying the exact same thing to my wife a few days ago.
We can still own guns, just not semi auto, unless your a professional shooter and some farmers.
I still have a licence but as my guns were on the banned list I lost them. Have been planning on getting another and eventually will.
The same playbook is being used here as in other western countries. Collapsing health system, farmers land being forcefully acquired for renewables, push for a nationwide ID system, public order collapse. Violence here has skyrocketed in the past few yrs at a rate that has even surprised me, I knew it was coming but at the speed its accelerated is something else!
If I watch the news from say the UK its like watching ours here.
It is a global agenda for sure. We used to be the wack job conspiracy theorists but others are waking up to whats going on slowly as they're seeing unfold what we knew and warned about.
You've probably seen what Vietnam did not long ago in regards to control of money and compliance.
Similar will happen in western countries eventually.

We can't talk politics here, so I'll trod as lightly as possible.

It appears that states and countries that ban or highly restrict vaping and vape supplies are also restricting other rights, basically creating nanny states. Some folks like this. Others move to get away from it. Luckily, I do not live in a metropolis. And, I do not see Texas banning freedom any time soon.

We still have the federally mandates that restrict shipping of vape materials to residences. I got 2 liters of nicotine before that went through. Flavors, PG, and VG, batteries, along with resistance wire are not restricted. Anything else, and I have to visit a vape store.
