Welcome to VU @PureMate . I stopped smoking by vaping in 2012, after about six weeks of dual use, doing both, smoking and vaping. Finally I was able to choose a cig quit date, and have never looked back, never had another cigarette.

Are you trying to quit smoking? Or do you just like vaping?
