Butter Cream??

I've got a recipe I'm working on. And it's right in line with what I'm wanting, especially on the front end.

But I'm needing something that works well on the back end. The way the creamy flavor works in a Strawberry Cream mix. With a slight hint of sweet or honey butter.

Can anyone recommend something?

The first things that came to mind from your your description was Torrone, followed by Marzipan (sweet but not honey), but I don't know how those would fare in your mix. Mmmm Buttercream!! You know CAP makes that.

It's experimental at this stage. You'd probably just puke if you seen the route I've taken so far. I nearly did LOL But thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a try.

Now I have 4oz of White Peach I'll probably never use, ever!

You mean already mixed or that much in just flavoring? That could be tasty in there, really.

That much in one flavor :(
I decided to give it a try, because I saw where it boosted some flavors. And in the past, I've come across Juices that remind me of lighter fluid. Oh yeh, it's the White Peach

I'm going to try it at a much reduced rate, just to be sure. And let it steep for a week or so.
