Received my ipv D2 today with no warranty card in the box

I honestly don't know what to do. I emailed the company but it is too late for them. You cannot call them. I got the company from a Vapor Joe link. All my mods have lasted way past the warranty and are still going strong. I do know that without the warranty card there is no warranty.

You do need that warranty card. I've had to send a whole bunch of box mods back for warranty repair/exchange, and once past a month or so you have to go through the original manufacturer. They won't touch it without that card.

Ashley over there is AWESOME! I am certain that she will take care of you. One of the best online shops I've found yet, if they happen to have what you are looking for.

I decided just to keep it and use it. If it breaks it breaks. It was becoming a hassle trying to resolve. At least I didn't pay $100 for this. Then I would be mad.

Are you saying that Ashley couldn't/wouldn't help? That would be a first for her. On the plus side, the D2 seems to be pretty rock solid so far, so hopefully there will be no issues with yours.

yeah no issues iwh my d2 and i got it when it first came out form wake and vape

plus mine has survived dozens of drops to concrete,hardwood,gravel,pavement,street, etc took a swim in the dish water for a minute and is just generally beat up by me and it works like its brand new still.

I would rather not go into details but I was feeling like the run around. $39....not the end of the world and half that if it breaks for warranty in postage.

As for dealing with them again, I have had several deals with them, and never a problem they didn't fix immediately. They also have the fastest shipping I have seen, 2 days for them to ship something to me from the left coast and have it arrive here on the right coast.

I can agree with that. It took two days to get to my door. I did comment on the link at the purchase site about fast shipping. I removed everything else. I understand this may be a one time or rare issue with them, but, these things seem to occur to me quire regularly.

On a good note, I ordered the BIllow V2 with the nano kit and normal size steel shield today. I went with the manufacturer to limit my issues.
